1. The service
natalGPS calculates astrological charts (natal charts, transits, synastry, astrocartography and related views) from birth data you enter, and can generate written interpretations of those charts. Calculations use the Swiss Ephemeris; interpretations are produced with the help of an AI language model from the calculated chart.
Astrology is offered for reflection and entertainment. Nothing on natalGPS is medical, psychological, financial, legal or relocation advice, and no output should be relied on as a prediction. Decisions you make remain your own.
2. Accounts
You need an account to use the app. Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old. You may delete your account at any time from Profiles & Settings, which removes your profiles, charts and reports.
3. Plans, trials and billing
The natal chart view is available to every account. Other functions require a paid plan: Basic, Advanced or Astrologist, billed monthly or yearly in US dollars at the prices shown on natalgps.com, plus applicable taxes calculated at checkout.
Your first subscription starts with a seven-day trial with Advanced-level access. The Basic trial needs no payment card; if no card is added by the end of the trial the subscription ends and the account returns to the free natal chart view. Advanced and Astrologist trials collect a card at checkout and convert to a paid subscription when the trial ends unless cancelled before then. One trial per account.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers. Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice before your next renewal.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from Manage billing in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. Payments already made are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase. By starting your subscription you ask us to provide the service immediately; if you withdraw within those 14 days you pay only for the days already used, and you cannot withdraw once the service has been fully performed. To exercise the right, email us within the 14 days.
5. Your content and our software
Birth data, profiles and generated reports are yours. You grant us the licence needed to store and process them to run the service. natalGPS, its design, code and texts are protected by copyright and may not be copied, resold or scraped. Exported reports on the Astrologist plan may be shared with your own clients.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break in, overload or reverse-engineer it, no automated access without permission, no uploading of other people’s data without a lawful basis, and no use of reports to harass or discriminate.
7. Availability and liability
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every calculation or interpretation is free of error. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes and termination
We may update the service and these terms; material changes are announced in the app or by email before they take effect. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
9. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of [country], and disputes go to the courts of [city, country], without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where you live. Questions: support@natalgps.com.
